Couples Workshop for Parents- April 27-28

I’m excited to share that it’s about that time to start preparing for our next Gottman Bringing Baby Home Workshop! The workshop is an engaging and worthwhile two-day experience that helps to prepare and strengthen your relationship for the arrival of a new baby. We will cover topics aimed at increasing intimacy and emotional connection, maintaining a positive perspective in the relationship, reducing stress together, managing conflict, understanding perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, connecting with your children, and creating shared meaning and value. While most workshops for parents focus mainly on childcare topics, this workshop is unique in that its main focus is strengthening and preparing relationships. This is an experience you will not want to miss!

Can I bring my baby to the workshop?
– Yes! Babies in arms are welcome. While some couples bring their baby to the workshop, others may prefer to arrange for childcare, if they are able. Either way is completely fine.
